Nicole Hoffman, M.S., BCBA, Agency Affiliated Counselor
Program Manager

Ms. Hoffman began working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in 2008, while earning her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Central Washington University (CWU). Her applied experiences during her BA lead her to pursue a career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). After she completed her degree, she immediately began the Master’s program in Experimental Psychology with a Specialization in ABA at CWU. In June of 2012, Ms. Hoffman began working for NBA, as an ABA tutor, to fulfill her internship and practicum requirements for her Master’s degree.  While completing her degree requirements, through NBA, Ms. Hoffman gained experience providing services to families using one-on-one intervention, small group intervention, and school-based intervention strategies.

Upon completion of her Master's degree, in March 2015, Ms. Hoffman was promoted to Program Manager at NBA. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and also an Agency Affiliated Counselor in Washington State, and a Mental Health Professional under NBA's DSHS licensure, as well as a member of the Washington Association for Behavior Analysis (WABA).
