Ms. Skadden has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2003. She also provided workshops and classes specifically for parents, teaching them skills of proactive parenting, how to positively reinforce desired behaviors and strategies for dealing with undesired behavior. Ms. Skadden received her Master’s degree in 2008 and joined NBA in July of that same year.
